Kitgrid

A documentation publishing tool that brings Markdown from multiple repositories into a shared hub.

Independent documentation tool

Kitgrid public documentation directory — section capture, 27 October 2026

I built Kitgrid to make documentation from my projects easier to browse in one place. It retrieves Markdown from repositories, normalizes project metadata and publishes a shared index alongside project-specific documentation sites.

The implementation uses Astro and TypeScript. Its purpose is to keep documentation associated with the source repository while providing consistent navigation across projects.

For example, the pydantic-fixturegen documentation is published through the hub. Kitgrid supports my own documentation workflow; this page makes no external-adoption claim.
